My breaker box needs to be redone. I have changed out a breaker twice in the last few months because it was fried and arcing in the panel. I need an electrician to give me an estimate for the redoing of the panel guts and balancing the load of the circuits.

We want to install a ceiling fan/light in a room that currently has no overhead light or switch. Nor sure if there is wiring in the ceiling or if a line will have to be run. In my home inspection, it was noted that two of my breakers have been double-tapped. I would just like an electrician to come out and update the breaker box so that all breakers are single tapped. I believe there are currently empty terminals on the box.

Replace a GFI circuit breaker in the main breaker box. Note: There is also a GFI breaker outlet in the Master beadroom that controls this same circuit. So should the one in the breaker box be changed to a regular breaker?
